Trouble approving timecards in Kronos?

If you are having trouble approving timecards in either the Basic or Full version of Kronos, please all clear Java and browser cache.

Use the directions below:

Clearing your Browser cache:

How to clear browser cache in Internet Explorer

  1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. On the General tab, click Delete….
  4. At the top of the screen, make sure Preserve Favorites Website Data is unchecked.
  5. Select the boxes for Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History.
  6. Log off Kronos, close the browser, and then reopen the browser and log back into Kronos.

How to clear browser cache in Firefox

  1. In Firefox, click Tools and then choose Clear Recent History.
  2. In the Time range to clear list, select Everything.
  3. Select the boxes for Cookies and Cache.
  4. Click Clear Now.
  5. Log off Kronos, close the browser, and then reopen the browser and log back into Kronos.
