This does not change how CALS folks request support from their local IT Service Area team, you will continue to use our website @ http://help.cals.cornell.edu

The CIT HelpDesk is changing its name and consolidating with the CIT Network Operations Center (NOC) and CIT Support Operations (CIT contact for phone, network, and video requests and problems) to create a new central IT Service Desk.

Starting with opening of business on June 18, 2012, anyone who has been calling or dealing with any of these organizations, should call 255-5500 instead. Your calls will be answered by the central IT Service Desk and then routed to appropriate parties for resolution.
